Our guests were given directions to follow the feathers to the sound of the Bagpipes and were welcome into a walled courtyard where they found a piper and the door to The Hidden Wing. The space was truly breathtaking with a juxtaposition of exposed brick walls and crisp white linen. Lit with hundreds of candles, The Hidden Wing was adorned with bespoke artwork, antiques and wild flowers for the eye to marvel at. Read More Here

Angels with Bagpipes, Head Chef Fraser Smith’s menu was bold and seasonal capturing rich, earthy flavours of autumn. The penultimate ACT III, Venison loin was accompanied by pumpkin, sage, savoy and almond and paired with Paul Hobb’s stunning and intense Argentian Felino Malbec. Read More Here
